Everyone that knows me, will know i love a smoothie!!
I sadly have a sweet tooth but have over the last few years over come this with some amazing recipes and this sweet, refreshing smoothie has got to top them all!!

70g frozen strawberries
40g frozen raspberries
40g pomegranate seeds
2 sprigs of fresh mint
100ml cold water
Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Consume immediately.
