Pear & walnut salad smoothie 125ml coconut water or cold water

1 ripe pear, core removed

1 celery stick,

chopped 2-3 ice cubes

15g walnuts handful

mixed salad leaves

handful spinach leaves

Serves 1 Per serving:

250 calories

6g protein

34g carbs

10g fat

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Add a drop more coconut water / water if required to achieve the desired consistency. Consume immediately.
