Simple & Clean, these great snacks are amazing to keep you going between meal times and even better as an "on the go" snack..
Total time needed 50 mins
Prep time - 10 Mins
Cook time - 40 mins max

3 cups of large organic oats (I prefer the bigger oats)
2 large bananas ripe
1/2 cup of coconut oil (yes this seems a lot) melt this lightly for easy mixing.
2 large tablespoons of set honey or raw lightly melt for easy mixing
Tablespoon level of cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoon of vinilla extract
1/4 cup raisins or similar like currents
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup of crushed almonds or a bit of your choice.
You can vary the seeds and nuts with different types! However adding to much will make the mixture crumble.

How to cook:
Pre Heat oven at 180 degrees
Prep a baking try with Grease proof paper or i use oiled tinfoil.
The process to make it all!
Mix it all together!!
It's should be a thick mixture, ensure you give it a good 5 mins beating and mix everything up!
Pop in oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
Leave to set for an hour!
Cut to size and consume within 5 to 7 days.
This is a good on the go snack!
Don't replace meals with it and try not to consume more than 2 servings a day due to high nature of healthy fats and dense calories.
