NO FLOUR BANANA PANCKAES - Healthy Option for pancake day
These 3 ingredient pancakes are amazing and can be played with to suit your taste buds.
The Pancake is made from Bananas and eggs with a small amount of oil, butter or coconut oil to cook.
Then the huge choice of fruit can be added during the cook or topped after.

How to cook:
Mash your banana in a bowl so it’s a lumpy thick mix, then add the eggs. Mix well.
Heat your chosen oil in a small frying pan and add a small 4inch circle of mix to the hot pan, it’s important to keep the pancakes small due to its consistency as it can break easy.
After 1 to 2 mins on one side at a low heat, you can now add blueberries or other fruit to the uncooked side and flip to cook the fruit within the pancake, or cook both sides and place on plate, top with fruit and maple syrup (optional)
