    Beginner to improver we have a course that will suit your ability and goal.

     

    Coach T & his team of professional run coaches will guide you through a designed course that will strengthen your running to get your further and faster in a safe fun manner.

     

    We are registered and trained with England athletics and a member of Run Together program.

    Beginners Run course - £45 per course

    This is a complete WALK 2 Run course and suited for anyone that has not run in the past and wants to start running or those coming back from an injury, needing to ease back in to strengthen muscles to prevent injury.

    This course will be set at a walking pace building up over 10 weeks with homework to get running up to 30 minutes non-stop.

    Next course dates

    Saturday 29th April for 10 weeks - Do not worry if you can not attend all 10 weeks, allowances have been made to accomidate this.

    10 WEEK COURSE

    New Beginners plus - confidence course - £50 per course

    This course is a new addition that has been created to allow those coming up from beginners who feel they need a little more time before moving onto the improvers course. This course will be run alongside the beginners but will have a greater focus on distance to get you ready for Improvers course.

    10 WEEK COURSE

    Imrpovers Course - £50 per course

    The ultimate improvers course that is a repeatable course for mixed abilities and a perfect follow on for the above courses.

    This course designed over 8 weeks will concentrate on a mix of drills, tempo runs and distance to get you runnimg further and faster.

    You must be able to run 30 minutes without the need to stop to be on this course.
