HIIT - High Intensity interval training with Ultracore Fitness

A max fat burning exercise class suited to all abilities by working out to your own max ability.

This class involves a great combination of bodyweight only exercises, designed and run by Coach Ruthie this workout will get you stronger, faster and leaner while obliterating fat and calories.

PILOXING with Sussez Zest

PILOXING - a non-stop, interval fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance. PILOXING incorporates fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party that exhilarates your senses and works all your major muscle groups in a high-energy cardio blast.

Featuring exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to sexy Latin and international beats.

 

It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. You do not need to be a dancer or have any dance experience. The only thing you have to do is keep moving!

UltraCore  Zumba teaches people of all abilities and ages and fitness levels, from a minimum of 15 years old.
